5 minutes a day. No pressure. Nothing to achieve.

Think of it less like a course… and more like a soft exhale.

Before You Begin

If you're here, there's a good chance you're living with pain — physical, emotional, or both — and you're tired of feeling like your nervous system is constantly stuck in emergency mode.

You may feel overwhelmed. Anxious. Mentally exhausted. Like you're constantly behind in life.

And perhaps you've already tried plenty of things that were supposed to help.

So let me say something right at the beginning:

You are not broken. You are overloaded.

This short series isn't about fixing you. It's about giving your body and mind a few small moments in which they don't have to be fighting, fixing, solving or surviving.

There will be no journaling marathons. No toxic positivity. No pressure to feel better by Day 5.

Just five days of small moments of breathing, noticing and letting go.

And everything is optional. If all you do is breathe… that counts.

How to Use This Course

Set aside about five minutes once a day. That's it.

You can sit, lie down or stand — whatever your body allows.

If five minutes feels like too much, do less. If you feel something is beneficial and want to stay with it longer, do that instead. The five minutes is a guideline, not a target. Your body gets a vote.

If pain flares, stop. If your mind wanders, that's normal. If you don't feel any different afterwards, that's okay too.

There is no test. There is no gold star. And there is certainly no prize for doing this perfectly.

The 4–7–8 breathing can be practised for longer if you find it comfortable and beneficial.

And remember: there's no benefit to doing this “better.” Progress here is measured in softening, not achievement.
